To prepare Aam Panna, boil the raw mangoes until they become softer from the inside. Peel the mangoes once it cools down. Squeeze the pulp and blend with chilled water. Add the spices and garnish with some mint leaves, you can also add sugar if you want a sweet taste, now mix the whole drink.

Bael sharbat is prepared with ripe wood apple which takes 11 months to ripen on the tree. Scoop out the pulp from the ripe fruit and separate the seed from it. Add water and separate fibre with the help of a sieve, repeat the process twice. Add sugar, black salt, lemon juice, cumin powder and mix them well.
