- 2 cups coriander leaves
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 4-5 green chillies
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger
- 1tsp lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- 1tsp Cumin

- Pluck the coriander and mint leaves, rinse them well in water.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste by adding water little by little.
