All you need is some Poha (Flattened Rice), water, oil, and some spices. Start with washing some poha and drain the water. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, muster seeds, curry leaves and some veggies of your choice in it. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. At last, add the poha and mix well.
